Reeling with PJ Harvey Reeling with PJ Harvey (1994)
Directed by Maria Mochnacz

Synopsis: 'Reeling with PJ Harvey' is a behind the scenes look at PJ Harvey in 1992 and 1993. It features live performances of "Snake", "Victory", "Man-Size", "Missed", "Hook", "Sheela-Na-Gig", and more. In addition, there's intimate backstage and studio footage, as well as interviews.

Maria Mochnacz, the longtime photographer and friend of Polly, gives fans an extremely close-up view of Polly's life on tour in this era. This is an amazing feat, considering she is usually so private. We see her warming up for the show, changing outfits (choosing which one to wear), and just being herself.

A Perfect Day Elise A Perfect Day Elise (1998)
Directed by Maria Mochnacz
From the album 'Is This Desire?'

Synopsis:
"A Perfect Day Elise" takes place in a hotel (with, presumably, room 509). An array of creepy characters are sprinkled between bouts of Polly's singing. to avoid tedium, odd camera angles or affects are used. These low quality snaps don't do the video justice; I'd recommend watching the full version.

Good Fortune Good Fortune (2000)
Directed by Sophie Muller
From the album 'Stories From the City, Stories From the Sea'

Synopsis:
'Good Fortune' features an upbeat Polly frolicking through the big city (we're assuming New York because that's where "Good Fortune" was written). She's wearing the same outfit that's featured on the cover of Stories From The City, Stories From The Sea. Not too many deep messages to find in this video.

A Place Called Home A Place Called Home (2001)
Directed by Sophie Muller
From the album 'Stories From the City, Stories From the Sea'

Synopsis:
"A Place Called Home" was filmed in an 18th century "haunted house" in east London. We see numerous Pollys (each singing a different part) in a burgundy walled, dark room. The only visible objects in the room are a silver framed mirror, a stool, and a grayish window; most of the emphasis is on Polly. She morphs and splits, sometimes one figure looking blue and ghost-like. There was even said to be a ghost on set, as there were random tribulations that held up filming.

Directed by Maria Mochnacz
From the album 'Uh Huh Her'

Synopsis:
A playful Polly bounces around an apartment in outfits ranging from a t-shirt and undies to a dress accessorized with rubber gloves and a scrubber brush. Her performance is as free as the one in the "Man-Size" video, but there is definitely a sense of frivolity.
