BIG DAY OUT 2003 :PJ Harvey toured in Australia at the beginning of 2003, joining various bands on the Big Day Out Festival stage and performing quite a batch of headline shows (note: marked with a '*' here below). She was backupped on this tour by Rob Ellis on drums/backing vocals and Mick Harvey on guitar/bass. She performed a lot of songs from her catalogue, old and newer, including debuts for three new songs, that may or may not be featured on an incoming album.

EURO FESTS 2003 :PJ Harvey made an appearence at a series of European Festivals in the summer 2003; she also performed a total of three headline shows in various European cities, presenting some of her old repertoire and the two new songs she had debuted during the Australian Big Day Out earlier in the year. She was once again backupped by Rob Ellis on drums/backing vocals and 'Bad Seed' Mick Harvey on guitar/bass.
